INCREASE your internet speed

Go to START
then RUN
type gpedit.msc in RUN
This opens a new window for Group Policy.
Go to
Local Computer Policy
then Computer Configuration
then Administrative Templates
then Network
then QOS Packet Scheduler and
then to Limit Reservable Bandwidth.
Double click on Limit Reservable bandwidth.

ENABLE reservable bandwidth, then set it to ZERO.
This lets you to make your internet work 20% faster........
